Marching Powder: Danny Dyer is Back in Business

Check out the official trailer for Marching Powder, Nick Love's latest film staring Danny Dyer back to what he does best.

From playing a Star Wars talking session head in Human Traffic back in the late 90s to more recently playing Mick Carter in Eastenders, the lovable rogue Danny Dyer is a British gem. The East End born actor has given us laughs a plenty over the years like his 'no fuss' Brexit remarks on live morning TV famously calling David Cameron a twat, he did a have a point, to getting interrogated by the ex-scouse gangster Stephen French on Danny Dyer's Deadliest Men. The diamond geezer recently took a back seat from Walford to once again join forces with the legendary director, Nick Love, for the next chapter of 'casual sex, watered down lager, heavily cut drugs & occasionally kicking' fu% out of someone'. We are of course talking about Marching Powder, and although it is not a sequel to the Football Factory, the noughties nostalgia & classic check Casual clothes are officially back. You can check out the 'proper naughty' trailer below.

Hooked on class A's & the adrenaline of football violence, Danny Dyer plays the role of Jack Jones a 40 something male that still lives for the buzz of matchdays & sniffing 'marching powder'. Dubbed as a comedy with romance, it's more cocaine & cult classics than cuddly love stories as Dyer's character gets nicked for football violence & drug possession. With a hard bastard of a father-in-law courtesy of the legendary Geoff Bell, Jack seeks to turn his life around and resist the urge of the 'casual comradery' of the football hooligan world which takes us deep back into the dark world of The Football Factory, 20 years later. With 6 weeks to turn his life around & get his marriage back on track, will Jack overcome his inner demons or will he find his home in Chelmsford nick?

Speaking about the film Danny Dyer said; 'I'm buzzing to be getting back on the horse with Nick, he's the only fucking idiot stupid enough. Marching Powder is class, we're back in the world of The Football Factory with more violence, more drugs and lots of fucking comedy, you're going to love it.' There's also plenty of 'casual' gear on show in the film like our exclusive Gabicci Vintage Mac which is worn by Danny Dyer. Expect plenty of Love's tongue 'n' cheek cockney lines and classic clobber courtesy of 80s Casual Classics. Marching Powder officially releases in cinemas in 2025.
