The standard UK delivery charge is £3.95 on orders above £29.

£2.50 delivery on orders below £29 to recognise smaller value accessories and t-shirts.

Orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday will generally be shipped the same day with a 48 hour dispatch period and will be delivered in an estimated 2-4 working days. Orders received at the weekends will usually be shipped on a Monday with the exception of a Bank Holiday weekend when Tuesday dispatch will apply.

If this is not possible for example an error has taken place when you have tried to pay, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email or a phone call.

A confirmation of shipping email is always sent once goods have been shipped with a tracking number from the postal service used. 

Deliveries are sent Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked and DPD Local. If you are not in to receive your parcel then the delivery may be made to a deemed safe place.

DPD Local Next Working Day Delivery is applicable to UK Customers at a cost of £5.95 and is available on purchases Monday to Thursday if ordered before 4pm. Any items bought after the Thursday 4pm deadline will mean that your parcel is dispatched on Friday to arrive the following Monday unless you take a Saturday Upgrade, with the exception of Bank Holidays where they will dispatched for a Tuesday delivery. If the order is placed after the 4pm deadline on Friday your parcel will be dispatched on the following Monday to arrive on Tuesday. Deliveries to addresses in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and parts of Scotland may take two days to arrive via DPD.

Saturday Next Day Delivery service, via DPD, is £6.95 per order for orders placed before 4pm Friday. 

We do offer a double box service for UK orders at no additional cost however please note that this is only for trainers and footwear. This option needs to be selected at the checkout.

As of 1st January 2021 shipping to the EU has stipulated that taxes and duties must be covered before a parcel is delivered from the United Kingdom. We have finalised a solution to enable orders to be placed with no additional charges required after the point of order confirmation. We will now use the IOSS solution for orders placed under 150 euros whereby we will cover the VAT and the order will be sent and delivered with no further issues. These orders will be delivered via Royal Mail and your local postal provider. For orders over 150 euros our checkout has built in a 15% charge that is added to your postal cost to cover additional taxes and duties which means that once an order is placed there will be no further delays in the delivery. Orders exceeding 150 euros will be sent out via DPD. If EU customers would prefer to avoid paying for taxes and duties on their order we recommend splitting multiple orders below 150 euros.

We currently ship items to a variety of countries within the EU at a rate of £9.95, the USA and Canada at a rate of £9.95 and the rest of the world at a rate of £14.95. As with any other delivery each one needs a signature as they will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For or via DPD. With countries outside of the EU parcels will usually be delivered within 7-10 working days, but on the odd occasion parcels can be held in customs and this can cause some delays.  We are not responsible for any imports charges that may be payable by the recipient of the parcel, unfortunately we have no control over these charges. Please note that there may me additional charges on large Worldwide orders which can be seen at the checkout stage.

We do offer a DHL Express Delivery to the USA and Australia at a cost of £14.95 and estimate that deliveries take 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday) to arrive from when the order is dispatched. All orders placed before 14:00 (GMT) will be dispatched the same day with orders placed after this being dispatched the following day. All orders are fully tracked with DHL Contactless on Demand delivery.

Your card will be debited as soon as you place the order. Should for any reason we are unable to supply any item we will first call to see whether or not you would like an alternative or offer a full refund to your debit/credit card.

Your delivery address must be the same as on the credit card statement for the first order. Once this address is verified an alternative delivery address may be added i.e. place of work.

I have been asked to go to Klarna's site. Is this correct?
