How Long Before I Receive My Order?


The standard UK delivery charge is £3.95 on orders above £29.

£2.50 delivery on orders below £29 to recognise smaller value accessories and t-shirts.

Orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday will generally be shipped the same day with a 48 hour dispatch period. Orders received at the weekends will usually be shipped on a Monday with the exception of a Bank Holiday weekend when Tuesday dispatch will apply.

If this is not possible for example an error has taken place when you have tried to pay, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email or a phone call.

A confirmation of shipping email is always sent once goods have been shipped with a tracking number from the postal service used. 

Deliveries are sent Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked and DPD Local.  A signature will be required on delivery otherwise the delivery company will leave a card through your door to enable you to re-arrange a suitable delivery time or collection from your local Post Office branch.

Next Working Day Service

DPD Local Next Working Day Delivery is applicable to UK Customers at a cost of £4.95 and is available on purchases Monday to Thursday if ordered before 4pm. Any items bought after the Thursday 4pm deadline will mean that your parcel is dispatched on Friday to arrive the following Monday unless you take a Saturday Upgrade, with the exception of Bank Holidays where they will dispatched for a Tuesday delivery. If the order is placed after the 4pm deadline on Friday your parcel will be dispatched on the following Monday to arrive on Tuesday.

Saturday Next Day Delivery

Saturday Next Day Delivery service, via DPD, is £5.95 per order for orders placed before 4pm Friday. 


When will you be charged?

Your card will be debited as soon as you place the order. Should for any reason we are unable to supply any item we will first call to see whether or not you would like an alternative or offer a full refund to your debit/credit card.

**Christmas Delivery 2021, New Year's Post and Returns**

All goods ordered before 16:00pm on the 23rd December will be dispatched that day and will be sent on a next-working day delivery with an estimated delivery date of 24th December. All goods ordered after 16:00pm on the 23rd December will not be dispatched until Thursday 24th December with an estimated delivery date of 29th December. Due to earlier collections the last point to order for same day dispatch on Thursday 24th December will be 11:00am however please note that these orders will not arrive in time for Christmas. All orders placed after this point will not be dispatched until Wednesday 29th December. A Saturday delivery option will also be made available which will have an estimated delivery date of 18th December when selected before 16:00pm on 17th December.

The last chance to get your order for in time for New Year’s Eve is 3:30pm Thursday 30th December however you will need to select the Next Working day option. All goods ordered before 3:30pm on the 30th December will be dispatched that day but Standard deliveries do not commence until the 4th January (excluding Scotland). Any goods ordered after 3:30pm on Thursday 30th December will be dispatched on Friday 31st December. Any order placed after 15:30am on Friday 31st December will be dispatched on Tuesday 4th January 2022.

All orders placed after 1st November 2021 are eligible for our extended Christmas Returns window. Customers will have until the 7th January 2022 to return any unwanted orders placed after the 1st November 2021. Please ensure that all tags remain attached to the returning products and boxes are maintained in the condition that they are received in order to return goods. Please note that we do not accept items back without tags/boxes.

Delivery Address

Your delivery address must be the same as on the credit card statement for the first order. Once this address is verified an alternative delivery address may be added i.e. place of work.

Europe & Worldwide Delivery

As of 1st January 2021, please note that orders will not be delivered until duties and taxes are paid in full. All orders into the European Union will be sent without taxes and duties paid for meaning that these will need to be paid for by the customer upon entry to the destination country. The recipient will be contacted by email or text to allow for these customs to be paid for and the parcel will be released for delivery following payment. In addition all orders over £135 will be eligible for duty charges which will be determined in the country of the recipient however these will also need to be paid for by the recipient before receiving their order. If you are unsure, we would recommend checking if your delivery destination is affected by these charges prior to placing an order.

We currently ship items to a variety of countries within the EU at a rate of £7.95, the USA and Canada at a rate of £9.95 and the rest of the world at a rate of £14.95. As with any other delivery each one needs a signature as they will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For or via DPD. With countries outside of the EU parcels will usually be delivered within 7-10 working days, but on the odd occasion parcels can be held in customs and this can cause some delays.  We are not responsible for any imports charges that may be payable by the recipient of the parcel, unfortunately we have no control over these charges.

We do offer a DHL Express Delivery to the USA at a cost of £14.95 and estimate that deliveries take 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday) to arrive from when the order is dispatched. All orders placed before 14:00 (GMT) will be dispatched the same day with orders placed after this being dispatched the following day. All orders are fully tracked with DHL Contactless on Demand delivery.

How To Return or Exchange a Product?

UK customers must return any unwanted goods within 10 working days from the day they are received, with overseas customers having 14 days from the date of delivery. Please include a copy of the invoice in with your items so we know who they have come from. The returning goods should be posted via a recorded delivery with the buyer retaining any receipts in case the parcel should become lost in transit. 

If you require an alternate size you can request an exchange by listing the size you wish to have sent back out, however we would alternatively recommend reordering and returning the item for a refund as we cannot guarantee that the required size will be in stock at the time that the returning parcel arrives back with us. Any order returned for an exchange will be refunded if we do not have the requested item in stock.

Please ensure when returning items in boxes such as trainers that the boxes are not cello taped as this causes damage to them. We require all returned items to be sent back in the condition that they were sent with tags attached and boxes intact. 

*Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear or face masks if the outer packaging has been opened. *

We do not refund returns postage costs unless the items received were faulty in the first place or an order was sent out incorrectly by 80s Casual Classics.
