The White Line was a complete game changer, and really like nothing ever seen in the world of sportswear before. It was the original White Line designs that inspired a whole subculture to start dressing "casually". First introduced in 1974, the White Line from Fila revolutionised tennis-wear as we know it today. Sticking two fingers up to traditional tennis white, the style driven designs were colourful, with custom made apparel that was worn by top seeded players of the era like Bjorn Borg & Guillermo Vilas. Classic polo shirts featured vertical stripes, track tops like the Terrinda featured fashion styled biker collars & colourways were usually bold in bight red or kelly green.

For 2026, Fila have now introduced a new White Line inspired style with the Enrico track top, which gives a nod to the original stripes & colour-blocking designs from the legendary Fila designer Pierluigi Rolanda. Dropping in some classic White Line hues such as gardenia & navy, the Enrico track top channels the iconic style driven designs with the addition of terry towelling stripes to the chest alongside a contrasting funnel neck. Finished off with an embroidered Fila Vintage logo patch to the left chest, the Enrico ticks all the boxes in the track top department.
