The Reebok Classic Nylon 1991 Trainer Lands in Some Classic 90s Colourways

When you think of the Reebok Classic it's generally that classic 'all leather' silhouette in white from the 1980s that comes to mind. However the Classic is, and always will be, a lot more than just a one trick pony. It was the Reebok Classic Nylon trainer from 1991 that gave the Classic a completely new colourful direction. As styles changed moving into the 1990s, combined with the influences of rave culture & new music trends, a new sporty 90s trend was born. It was all about colour-blocking & big logos with sportswear entering its next chapter following its Casual phase of the 1980s. Reebok were really at the top of their game in the 1990s from sponsoring Premier League footballers to creating some of the most talked about basketball trainers of the era. Reebok's Union Jack logo had already become like a badge of honour for fitness aficionado's in the 1980s who were either 'pumping iron' like Arnie or jumping into a Jane Fonda inspired aerobic class.
