If you're into your clothes, trainers, football, music & subculture the chances are you've probably already heard of Peter O'Toole.
Based out of Huddersfield in West Yorkshire, Peter O'Toole is a globally recognised freelance illustrator & graphic designer. Working with a range of brands, retailers & artists Peter O'Toole has recently designed a kit for Huddersfield Town, worked with adidas & Man Utd to celebrate the return of Christiano Ronaldo & also designed the artwork for the Art of the Terraces exhibition in Liverpool earlier in the year. Back in 2014 he even released a trainer in collaboration with adidas, the Quote x Peter O'Toole x adidas ZX420 'Quotool' trainer which is currently listed at around '500 on numerous resale platforms. For June 2023 Peter O'Toole has now teamed up with the legendary sportswear brand Patrick with some very special artwork to celebrate the re-launch of the Patrick Liverpool trainer.

Whether you grew up in Liverpool, Leeds, Leicester or London, Patrick's football boots and football trainers really were the talk of the playground back in the early 80s. Patrick gained its popularity in the UK courtesy of a football boot sponsorship deal with Kevin Keegan aka 'Mighty Mouse' in 1980. Patrick also introduced a range of gum soled football trainers that were not only as hard as nails but also looked great with a pair of jeans. Patrick released numerous football style trainers during the early 1980s such as the Liverpool, the Villan, the Platini, the Rio & the Keegan King which all catered for the growing football style trainer trend.

The OG silhouette brings back fond memories of after school kick abouts with your mates with coats as goal posts & muddy marks on your school pants. Reviving the OG Liverpool silhouette, the popular terrace trainer was one of the most sought after Patrick trainers of the early 1980s. Designed for astro-turf play at a time when 5-a-side cages were popping up all over the country at local sports centres, the Liverpool took football boot technology into trainer form making it one of the toughest trainers you have probably ever owned.
