Pills ‘n’ Thrills and Bellyaches: Festival Vibes At 80s Casual Classics
Ultimate festival essentials like the K-Way Leon jacket will keep you dry and visible in the crowds this summer festival season.
With the sheer volumes of talent, live acts, artists, bands, MC’s, DJ’s and choices now available to see on the UK summer festival calendar, looking the part over the festival season has never been so important. The unpredictability of the great British summer weather means you not only need the right kit for the occasion but its also important to show other like minded dressers you don’t mess about in the wardrobe department just because its tipping it down. We’ve put together a carefully curated collection of festival inspired goodies to turn some heads’ including classic pac a mac styles like the K-Way Leon jacket to keep you dry, protected and most importantly…looking the part across them muddy fields, intimate tents and psychedelic pyrotechnics.
Highlights of our festival inspired outfit include the recently released adidas Forest Grove trainer, an Oregon inspired 80s runner fresh from the 3 stripes archives in a previously unreleased copper and mint colourway. The K-Way Leon jacket in bright orange is the ultimate festival essential and the perfect colourway companion to the Forest Grove trainer as we all know the importance of matching your trainers with your jacket. The Leon will also most certainly keep you crowd visible and is the ideal bit of kit for them sudden downpours with its original ‘pac a mac’ foul weather function. Next up we’ve got the lightweight Barbour Neuston shorts, perfect for the warmer weather, and our very own ’24 Hour Party People MkII’ graphic t-shirt for some old skool Hacienda/Happy Mondays vibes. Finally, no festival outfit would be complete without the classic bucket hat. Think Stone Roses Spike Island 1990 or Oasis Maine Road 1996 and the Lacoste bucket hat couldn’t really say Madchester or “mad fer it” any better if it tried!
