Diadora Sirio Trainer

We’ve Got Some Brand New Colourways Of The Diadora Sirio Trainer Landing

The Diadora Sirio trainer looks back to the 80s era of running silhouettes, casual sportswear and retro style.

Over the last 40 or so years Diadora have really made their mark on the world of sports from football to tennis with legends such as Roberto Baggio and Björn Borg waving the Diadora endorsement flag. Athletics and running have also been a key factor in the Italian sportswear label’s heritage with 90s running classics like the V7000 & N9000 going down as some of the trainer worlds finest running silhouettes to date.

On first glance you’d be forgiven in thinking the Diadora Sirio trainer had just come straight out of the Diadora sportswear archives. However, although the trainer packs all the 80s running nostalgia of other silhouettes of the era, the style itself is actually a relatively new release. Drawing inspiration from classic 80s casual style, the Sirio celebrates all things running and retro with a lightweight silhouette for everyday casual wear.

The lightweight retro runner features a mixture of suede and nylon uppers with the signature Diadora logo in white leather running down the sides. A grippy style gum rubber outsole has been added giving a nod to the 80s running heritage of the brand for all day comfort and superior grip on foot.  Finally the trainer is finished off with leather trim to the heel tab and tongue with the all important Diadora branding. The good news is we’ve just taken delivery of some brand news colourways of the Sirio ranging from burgundy red to olive green.
