How to order: Once you have selected an item from 80s Casual Classics / Planet Clothing proceed to the checkout. Entering your details to become a recognised site member has its benefits and recognises you as a returning member. You will then be taken to a secure area to pay by credit/debit card to complete the purchase. There is an alternative option to use paypal if it suits. An email will be sent as confirmation of order . We are more than happy to take orders over the phone and offer additional size advice if you have any problems etc 01234 217189.
UK Delivery Charges:
The UK delivery charges starts at £2.95 with a combined/multiple items maximum charge set in the UK at just £4.95 for our standard post you can make considerable savings on multiple item purchases.
Next Working day service: There is now a Parcelforce Next Day option, UK Customers only, for those looking to get items quick this will incur an additional £3.95 charge and be valid on purchases Monday to Thursday if ordered before 2pm. Any items bought after 2pm Thursday will be posted Friday in time for Monday and any items bought on Friday after 2pm to Sunday using the next day option will be posted out Monday to arrive Tuesday.
Be aware that Parcelforce signed for service deliver during their hours of business which can mean anytime between 7am in the morning and 7pm in the evening.
Standard Delivery- Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will generally be shipped the same day with a 48 hour Despatch period. Orders received at the weekends will usually be shipped on a Monday with the exception of a Bank Holiday weekend when Tuesday despatch will apply.
If this is not possible for example an error has taken place when you have tried to pay, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email or a phone call.
A confirmation of shipping email is always sent once goods have been shipped with a tracking number from the postal service used.

UK Delivery
Deliveries are sent Recorded Delivery via Parcel Force or The Royal Mail. A signature will be required on delivery otherwise the delivery company will leave a card through your door to enable you to re-arrange a suitable delivery time or collection from your local Post Office branch.
Europe & Worldwide Delivery
We currently ship items to a variety of countries within the EU and the rest of the world. As with any other delivery each one needs a signature as they will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For or via Parcel Force. With countries outside of the EU parcels will usually be delivered within 5-7 working days.
Delivery Address
Your delivery address must be the same as on the credit card statement for the first order. Once this address is verified additional delivery addresses can be added i.e place of work.
When will you be charged?
Your card will be debited once you place the order. Should for any reason we are unable to supply any item we will immediately make a refund to your credit card.
Cancellation Policy
We do not have a cancellation policy, please do not buy goods if you are in any doubt.
Returns/Exchange Policy
Returns
If you wish to exchange the goods for another size please go back online and re-purchase the size you require or a new item you may consider as an alternative purchase. The original order placed will need to be returned, when the original order is recieved your method of payment will be refunded. Please return the goods purchased within 10 working days from the day you receive the goods (14 days overseas).
Unwanted goods - If do not require the item(s) purchased, please follow the return instructions below.
The goods will need to be returned in the original packaging, with relevant documentation to identify recipient (invoice), tagged and in perfect as-new condition. The buyer will need to send the goods to the return address stated on the invoice received with the goods. The goods will need to be posted Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail, the buyer retaining any receipts in case the parcel should become lost in transit. Once the goods are returned we can mail out the exchange item or issue a refund. All refunds will be subject to postal charge deductions i.e you will receive a refund to the value of the item, not the postal costs.

Faulty goods
If goods are returned due to being faulty or the wrong item/size has been sent in error we can offer a free replacement of the goods or alternatively a full refund will be given for the item.
