Fila Vintage - Danny Polo Shirt - in Cream/Red Collar & Navy

This polo is new to the Fila Collection and has been worn by the two most iconic tennis players, John McEnroe and Bjorn Borg.

The picture below features John McEnroe wearing the item with the navy collar and red button detail. We are currently selling the version with a red collar not navy.

In many ways this was Fila's branded symbolic top in their trademark colours. McEnroe took sponsorship with Tacchini but as his biography says he loved Fila and even wore Borg's own trademark Bj tops as a junior.   Each features the Fila logo on the chest.  This top later acquired the Settanta stripe and the Borg bj badge. The look of the players and no Bj badge suggest this arrived on the scene in the late 70s.  A very wearable piece.

This was also worn by Danny Dyer in The business and has made its way into The Business collection Fila release
